Here at Cupid’s Undie Run, we are all about embracing yourself and your body, regardless of your size, and no matter what you look like in your undies!

Take it from us – running through public with hundreds of other inspiring, happy and uplifting people of ALL shapes and sizes is a wonderful and liberating way to build your body confidence, and own your shape.

Vitamin D

There’s nothing like a bit of extra Vitamin D on those bare legs! While we are ALL about sun safety (be sure to pack your suncream!), feeling the warmth of the sun on your legs as you run is such a nice feeling – and the Vitamin D supports a myriad of health benefits, including immune and nervous system support, and supporting cardiovascular health!

A beautiful cause

Above all, remember WHY we are running in our undies – to bring smiles to the faces of beautiful children suffering NF. All funds raised go to the Children’s Tumour Foundation of Australia – and I don’t know about you, but those feel-good hormones when supporting an amazing cause are enough for me to get running in my knickers!
